Book Review for Food:A Love Story

Jim Gaffigan is a hilarious comedian. I really enjoy his quippy remarks regarding food, flab, and family.

I had reviewed this book in February, but had seen it was available again, and the cover looked different, so I requested it. It is the same book, however it is softcover, published by a different publisher, and was cheaper.

Every time I read this book (or any of Gaffigan's books, really) it gets funnier. Food: A Love Story  are his musings about food, and every kind. He states the pros and cons of differing fast food restaurants, Hot Pockets, and even has a United States food map!
DISCLAIMER: Jim Gaffigan is a self- proclaimed eatie, not a foodie.

Food: A Love Story is a truly enjoyable read. A lighthearted essay, it is fun, sweet (literally and figuratively), and humorous. If you like food, if you like humor, if you like Jim Gaffigan, this book is for you.

I was sent this book in exchange for my honest opinion by Blogging for Books.
